Please only contact us after checking the following points:

  • If your account has been locked: once blocked you will need to wait an hour to be unblocked, even if you have changed password recently. Come back later and do not allow password managers to fill in the password so you can be sure it's correct.
  • If you are a leader with an account: please log in and contact us from within the system.
  • If you are a parent: please contact your leaders unless you have a specific problem with the system.

If you cannot access Parent Portal, please speak to your leaders - for child & data protection reasons, we are unable to give access to you. Your leaders will need to send you a new link (including every time your child moves section) - once you have that link, you can optionally create an account.
